Our adjustable garage fan thermostat allows you to set the temperature set point to match your specific needs based on your location and weather conditions.
Adjustable from 90 to 130 degrees with the dial on the back of the thermostat.
This thermostat has an 8 degree thermo lag and that means it will shut off around 8 degrees lower than the current setting. This will cause the fan to run longer.
We set them at 105 degrees and this is a good setting for most homes in the sunbelt. Remember the fan is installed in the attic and it will always be hotter in the attic than the garage.

I completed install of GF-14 garage/attic fan and door vents. The upgrade to the new vents was a great choice. They look great and the air flow thru them is amazing. I have gotten inquiries as to where I purchased them from my neighbors and friends. I love the way they bring in extra light and air into the garage, with or without the fan running. I found that the garage is at least 10/15 degrees cooler now. The attic is surprisingly cooler with the thermostat set at 105 degrees. Great choice for a cooler garage and attic.
